Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on where you purchased your subscription.
- Apple App Store (iOS): Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple support.
- Other billing (if offered): If you believe you were billed in error, email [email protected] with your account email and a brief note.
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Apple App Store (iOS): Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or in the App Store subscription management screen.
- Other billing (if offered): Follow the cancellation instructions provided at checkout or contact support.
When you cancel, you typically retain access until the end of your current billing period. Subscription terms presented at the time of purchase control.
Exceptions
While we strive to resolve billing issues quickly, certain situations may not qualify for refunds:
- Accounts with Terms of Service violations
- Special promotional or discounted purchases (as indicated at time of purchase)
