What is 26weeks.ai?

26weeks.ai is an adaptive AI coach for endurance athletes training for events like marathons, half marathons, triathlon (including Ironman 70.3), ultras, and HYROX. It turns a race goal into a week‑by‑week plan and a simple “what to do today,” then adjusts guidance when real life changes the schedule (missed sessions, travel, fatigue). The site also publishes practical training resources under /blog, including guides, calculators, race directories, and a research hub called the Performance Science Lab. 26weeks.ai is currently available on iOS in beta via TestFlight: https://testflight.apple.com/join/8vKs3M3C.

Safety & boundaries (not medical)

26weeks.ai provides general training information and planning support, not medical advice. We do not diagnose injuries, prescribe treatments, or replace a qualified coach, clinician, or other professional. If you have symptoms that worsen with training load, a history of injury, or a medical condition that affects exercise, consult a qualified professional before changing your training. We also avoid advice that meaningfully increases risk (for example, “push through” guidance when warning signs are present). For race logistics (course details, cutoff rules, aid stations), always confirm information with the official race organizer, because details can change close to race day.
