Albi’s city opening and two tunnels along the Tarn
The described route travels through Saint-Juéry after the opening city section, then follows the historical valley course. The first tunnel is a little over 900 metres long and the second around 350 metres. Learn their positions on the current map; distance signs and elapsed time can be more useful references than instantaneous watch pace where satellite reception changes.
The half marathon follows the same initial course but turns earlier after Saint-Juéry. Identify the full-distance continuation point before the race and follow the marathon signs. Someone turning or finishing ahead of you may be in a different category, so do not use the surrounding field alone to decide your route.
The organizer’s 2026 instructions placed bib collection at the Pavillon d’Honneur of the municipal stadium. They required identification and the applicable licence or PPS, and used a timing chip attached to the bib. Check the next edition’s collection arrangements and leave the chip intact according to the new instructions.
The current site includes completed-race reports, results and videos from 2026. Those are useful for understanding the setting but do not announce a 2027 date or confirm that the course, pacers and collection hours will be identical. Wait for the new full-marathon entry and regulations before setting the final taper. When they appear, compare the valley map, aid points, cutoff and stadium access with your travel plan, and agree on a finish meeting point that does not obstruct runners from the other distances. Keep the official distance signs as your reference through the tunnels.

These details identify the race page; they do not establish the next edition's operations. The previous race date does not establish the next edition. Wait for the organizer’s announcement before committing to a race-day schedule.
