Lake Raku replaces the older bay-swim description
The official event page confirms August 8, 2027 for the 70.3. Use that distance-specific day rather than the full IRONMAN’s Saturday date. The detailed course page names Lake Raku as the new swim venue, while older summary text still mentions the bay. Check the final 2027 map and athlete guide before arranging swim-start transport.
T1 is described beside Lake Raku on Karuse and Sinirebase streets, approximately 300 m from the swim exit. T2 is in front of Unibet Arena. These separate locations affect check-in, bags and morning access. Map both transitions and confirm any transfer service instead of assuming the event’s compact-city description means every operation is within walking distance.
The bike heads through villages south of Tallinn and uses the Tutermaa and Vääna areas before finishing at the arena. The two-lap run then offers views of Tallinn Bay and returns to the arena finish. Prepare to identify the lap and finish split, and use the actual forecast when deciding how conservatively to ride exposed sections.
The course page lists four bike aid stations and eight run aid points, with ENERVIT products described separately. Recheck those supplies and positions in the final guide, then practise with any product you intend to rely on. Familiar nutrition and controlled bike effort are more useful than assuming a flat profile guarantees a fast half marathon.

These dates are calendar arithmetic, not proof that a plan length is appropriate.
Use the training start-date calculator for another runway and compare the IRONMAN 70.3 training hub. Do not compress missed weeks to force the calendar.
